Our Basic Package introduces employers to inclusive hiring with foundational disability awareness training and limited on-site coaching. We provide staff with the tools to welcome and support employees with disabilities, while also accompanying new hires through three guided workplace sessions. This package is designed for businesses beginning their inclusion journey and wanting a simple, effective first step.

The Standard Package offers a more hands-on approach for companies ready to actively grow their inclusive workforce. We deliver in-depth training sessions for both staff and management, create tailored support plans for employees, and provide six on-site coaching visits to reinforce skills and routines. Employers also receive scheduled check-in calls to help troubleshoot challenges and ensure long-term success.

Our Corporate Package is a comprehensive, ongoing partnership for businesses committed to building a culture of inclusion. In addition to extended job coaching (ten sessions or more per employee), we provide detailed progress reporting, leadership consultation, and continued staff training as needs evolve. With this package, employers gain not just a service but a long-term partner dedicated to reducing turnover, strengthening workplace culture, and making inclusion sustainable.
